You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, provided the ordered products do not meet your expectations. If the product is wrong or defective, the returning costs will be fully covered by us.

For returning the goods please contact us by e-mail or phone or submit a written application within 14 days.

The purchased goods cannot be returned, if the ordered goods have been made by considering the personal needs of the customer. The products to be returned should be unused and in original package. The package opened for reviewing the product should be undamaged, unless the package could not be opened otherwise. If the goods subject to return have been materially damaged, we have the right to refuse from the returned product.

We return the money to your bank account within 30 days from the receipt of the application (return notice) at the latest.

The direct costs for returning the goods should be covered by the purchaser. The goods should be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
